Exchanges within 7 days

Prefer a different print or size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

How it works

1. Email support@qrubiss.com with your order reference and the piece you would like instead.
2. We reserve the replacement and share return instructions.
3. Your new piece ships as soon as the original is received and inspected.

Price differences

If the replacement costs more, we send a secure payment link for the difference. If it costs less, the balance is refunded to your original payment method.
