US Shipping, Delivery Times and Returns
Everything a US customer needs to know before ordering from Qrubiss — what shipping costs, how long delivery takes, and how returns and exchanges work.
Shipping cost
Shipping to the United States is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend. Each parcel is fully insured and tracked from our US facility to your door.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.

Duties and taxes
You will not incur any duties or extra taxes on your order, as we ship directly from the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges
Prefer a different print or size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery under the same conditions — see the exchange policy.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and checkout is encrypted. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by Qrubiss.
Warranty
Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects in stitching, handles, zips and lining under our warranty.
