What is covered

Every Qrubiss piece is covered against manufacturing defects in stitching, zips, handles and lining for the lifetime of normal use.

What is not covered

Normal wear, fading from prolonged sun exposure, accidental damage, improper washing and alterations by third parties are not covered.

Making a claim

Email support@qrubiss.com with your order reference and photographs of the issue. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
