Will the print fade in the wash?
Wash cold and it holds. The dyes are set before the cloth is cut, but hot water and bleach will dull any hand-printed cotton.
Why is my print slightly different from the photo?
Each color is stamped separately by hand, so the register shifts a millimeter here and there. That variation is the signature of block printing, not a flaw.
